Professional using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Works independently but receives guidance and direction from leader then determines best approach to accomplish work. May lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion. Stays current on industry trends and serves as an expert on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices; coaches others, as needed.

Contributes to delivery of high-quality design and deliverables. Advocates for new features within a product to address customer needs. Tracks metrics for product adoption and success. Performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s (0 to 4 years Experience) or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (0 years of experience). Core CS: Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang or C/C++ System Design: Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments · Ability to architect and design distributed systems" AI Tooling: Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing.
