Interview prep: questions this posting points to
- Walk me through how you'd design a microservice for global security policy distribution that needs to stay highly available across regions — what happens when one region's network partitions from the rest?
- Say you're on the Meraki Network Connectivity team and a customer reports that their switches are experiencing intermittent L2/L3 connectivity drops after a recent firmware rollout - but it only reproduces at scale in their data center, not in your lab. How do you triage this 'complex network regression'?
- Tell me about a time when you had to simplify a networking component to make it more scalable. What was the trade-off you made?
